Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account (name, email, password).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Description of Service

PropLev is a landlord management platform that helps small landlords (1–10 units) automate rent reminders, lease tracking, maintenance coordination, late-fee notices, tenant communications, appliance inventories, and document storage.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe third-party rights.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts.

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload (e.g., tenant information, property records, maintenance requests). By uploading data, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and display that data solely to provide the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

We may integrate with third-party services (e.g., email providers, payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

7. Fees and Billing

If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to our billing terms. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may change our pricing with 30 days’ notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its contents (excluding your data) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vadacon LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vadacon LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We’ll notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
